End of Lease Cleaning
Also known as move out cleans, vacate cleans or bond cleans (a deep clean that guarantees your bond back). We are able to clean every part of the house to a high standard. We work in a systematic way that produces consistent results.

Some exclusions:
Mould
Once Mould gets embedded into silicon, it cannot be removed unless it is cut out and replaced. Yes we can offer this as an extra service.
Complete Wall Clean
We spot clean the walls for scuff marks etc .. However a full detailed wall clean is quite time consuming. It may be time for a repaint instead of a clean.
Tile And Natural Rock Stains
Certain surfaces are more porous than others. Marble especially is a soft stone that is usually damaged from incorrect cleaning or stains and would need a specialist.
Ceilings
We do not clean ceilings.
Dangerous Areas
Any areas considered dangerous cannot be cleaned. Dodgy power points or exposed wiring or areas near large drops that may not be well protected
Additional Items
Items such as fridges, furniture or any items not listed in the inclusions will not be cleaned unless otherwise agreed upon by both parties in writing.
